SPA WELLNESS CIRCUIT

* It’s mandatory to enter the spa barefoot through the desinfectant puddle and automatic shower. (Latex socks available at the reception).

* Is mandatory to wear the hair up or wear a swim cap.

* You can bring your own towel or rent it at the spa for 5€ each.

* The lockers work with 5€, that will be returned upon leaving the spa.

* You need to book the time you want to enjoy the spa. Calling to the tel.: 965 85 56 55 or send us a WhatsApp to 689 30 30 40.

* Children under 8 are not allowed to access the facilities. (From 1st of June minimum age to access the spa will be 15 years old). Children must present an official document proving their age.

SPA BONUSES

* The bonuses are personal and non-transferable.

* It is essential to physically present the bonus along with identification to be able to use the sessions.

* Each spa session lasts 2 hours.

* The duo voucher allows entry to its holder and a maximum of one companion.

* Benicaldea is not responsible for the loss of the bonus.

* Bonuses are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

* It is not valid for use on weekends and bank holidays.

* Prior reservation is required to use the sessions.

* Towel Service it is not included with the bonus. You can bring your own towel or rent it at the spa for 5€ each.

MASSAGES & TREATMENTS

* The selected time is the start time of the massage. You can enjoy the spa 2 hours in advance.

* We request to arrive at the spa with 5 minutes in advance, to make sure we start the treatment at the specified time.

* In case of late arrival, the requested treatment time will be cut to be able to respect the time of subsequent reservations.

VOUCHERS & GIFT CARDS

* Gift vouchers are personal and non-transferable.

* Is it essential to present the voucher physically at the reception. Benicaldea is not responsible for the loss of a voucher.

* The amount of the Gift Vouchers is not refundable and in any case can it be exchanged for cash.

* Gift Vouchers & gift Cards expire 1 year after the date of purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* Cancellations of reservations more than 24 hours in advance are free.

* Cancellations of reservations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reservation or amount paid.

* Cancellations of gift card reservations less than 24 hours in advance or no show, 100% of the gift card will be exchanged.

* Reservation date changes can be made exclusively for the same day of the initial reservation and will always be subject to the availability of the center.
