TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SPA WELLNESS CIRCUIT

  • The spa circuit is free-flowing. Its duration is 2 hours, including changing room time.
  • You may bring your own towel or rent one at the spa for a non-refundable cost of €5.
  • Lockers require a €5 deposit, which will be returned upon leaving the spa.
  • To use the spa, it is mandatory to have your hair tied back or wear a swimming cap.
  • For hygiene reasons, flip-flops are not allowed inside the spa. Access to the spa must be barefoot, passing through an automatic shower and disinfection system. Latex socks are available for purchase at reception for €3.
  • The changing rooms are equipped with showers, lockers, and hair dryers.
  • Access is prohibited for children under 15. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and present an official document proving their age.
  • To maintain an atmosphere of calm and well-being, bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
  • It is mandatory to respect the silence within the facilities. Decorum is required.
  • To guarantee everyone’s well-being, access will not be permitted to persons under the influence of alcohol or substances.
  • Failure to comply with the rules of use will result in the loss of the service.
  • A date and time reservation is required to enjoy the spa, by calling 965 85 56 55 or via WhatsApp at 689 30 30 40.

MULTI-SESSION SPA VOUCHERS

  • Multi-session vouchers are personal and non-transferable.
  • Vouchers are not valid on weekends or public holidays. On these days, a €5 supplement applies.
  • Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Voucher validity extensions are not granted under any circumstances.
  • It is essential to physically present the multi-session voucher for its use.
  • Benicaldea is not responsible for the loss of multi-session vouchers.
  • Advance reservation is required to use multi-session vouchers by calling +34 96 585 56 55 or via WhatsApp at +34 689 30 30 40.

MASSAGES AND TREATMENTS

  • The time selected when making the web reservation corresponds to the exact start time of the treatment. If the treatment includes spa access, it must be enjoyed 2 hours in advance.
  • For operational reasons and to preserve the quality of our facilities, it will not be possible to access the spa once the treatment has finished.
  • The center provides a complimentary towel with treatments.
  • We do not guarantee attention by a specific therapist. Assignments are made based on staff availability at the time of booking.
  • Punctuality is requested. We ask that you arrive at the center at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure the prompt start of the service at the agreed time.
  • If the client arrives late, the lost time will be deducted from the reserved service, without compensation or refund, in order to respect the schedule of subsequent reservations.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are personal and non-transferable. The holder’s ID may be requested for identification at reception.
  • It is essential to present the physical or digital gift card at the time of use.
  • If you have the gift card in digital format, it is not necessary to print it.
  • Spa Wellness Circuit gift cards are issued according to the spa’s base rate. If used in high season, on weekends and/or public holidays, the client must pay the difference up to the current daily rate. We recommend checking the applicable rate when making the reservation.
  • Benicaldea is not responsible for the loss, theft, or deterioration of the gift card.
  • Duplicates are not issued under any circumstances in order to prevent fraud risks.
  • Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Validity extensions are not made in any case.
  • Once expired, they cannot be used, nor will their amount be refunded.
  • It is essential to book a date and time in advance by contacting the spa reception at 965 85 56 55 or WhatsApp 689 30 30 40.
  • Gift cards are subject to the center’s reservation cancellation policy.
  • If the gift card includes a specific treatment, its use will be subject to the rules of use and conditions of the corresponding service.
  • If the gift card consists of a credit amount, this may be used for any of the services or treatments available on our menu.
  • If a service of a higher amount is chosen, the client must pay the difference at the time of redemption.
  • If the card includes more than one treatment, it is not necessary to enjoy them on the same day. They can be used at different times within the validity period of the card, until the total credit is exhausted.
  • The amount of the gift cards is non-refundable and under no circumstances can it be exchanged for cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations or modifications of reservations are allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time. The reservation may be rescheduled for another date.
  • In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the client does not show up, 100% of the reservation or paid amount will be charged.
  • Cancellations of reservations made with a gift card with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in the total redemption of the gift card, as if the service had been provided, losing the right to use it on another occasion.
  • Any time modification on the same day as the original reservation will be subject exclusively to the center’s availability at that time.
  • Availability of alternative times to the initial reservation is not guaranteed and does not imply a right to a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
